I lost an important habit…writing one succinct thought a day. This marks my return. A return to a habit that helps me think better, a habit that fosters self reflection, a habit I can be proud of.
To build it…
I have to make it Obvious…first desk we see in our office space is the desk with our macbook where I write
I have to make it Attractive…ask my wife for a kiss on my cheek each time I publish
I have to make it Easy…the thought I choose should take no more than 20minutes to write and publish
I have to make it Satisfying…send a link to my to my wife and sisters and drink a cup of juice (orange, guava etc.) after I publish
